To register with ChristYans Comfort for Restorative Intimacy Services, Touch Therapy or Companionship Services, all prospective clients must thoroughly review this agreement.
Clients must be 21 years or older to access the services provided.
ChristYans Comfort is a strictly platonic therapeutic service. Its mission is to provide professional, respectful and consent-based services in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Both the provider and the client must adhere to mutual respect and boundaries during the session.
Under no circumstances are nudity or sexual activities allowed before, during, or after any session.
Sexual activity, including but not limited to the following, is strictly prohibited:
If the client commits any severe violations, the provider reserves the right to immediately end the session, with no refund issued.
The client will be permanently banned from services and, in cases of sexual misconduct, reported to authorities.

Minor prohibited behaviors may result in up to two warnings. On the third instance, the session will be terminated, and the client will be banned. No refunds will be issued.

All client information and recordings (if applicable) are kept strictly confidential. Recordings are securely stored and deleted after 30 days unless required for legal purposes.
Both parties are expected to maintain proper hygiene, including freshly laundered clothing and minimal use of fragrances. If hygiene standards are not met, the session may be terminated without a refund.
First-time clients receive their first hour FREE.

Special discounts available for sessions booked 72 hours or more in advance. Discounts do not apply to last-minute extensions.

All major credit cards, Debit (Tap/Swipe/Chip), Apple Pay, Metta, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and Federal Reserve Notes (cash)
Payment Due:
Payment must be completed upon completion of the session. If this becomes an issue, we will work with you on alternative arrangements.
Tips:
Tips for exceptional service are optional and at the client's discretion. Invoices can be issued upon request.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
Rescheduling Fees: Rescheduling fees will be applied to any session that does not notify the provider 24 hours prior to the booked time and date.
Both the provider and client must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws during their interactions.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under applicable state arbitration laws.
I, the undersigned ("Client"), acknowledge that my participation in the service described as professional companionship and intimacy sessions provided by ChristYans Comfort is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
In consideration of being allowed to engage in this Service, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional harm, property damage, or any other form of loss.
By signing this waiver, I expressly agree to release all liability and waive any right to pursue legal, equitable, or other forms of claims against the released parties.
I understand and accept that companionship sessions, while intended as non-sexual and wellness-focused activities, may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to discomfort, physical injury, or psychological distress. I accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from my participation.
I HEREBY IRREVOCABLY RELEASE AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS ChristYans Comfort, its owners, operators, agents, representatives, employees, officers, directors, and the facilitator ChristYan, along with any agents, representatives, or affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Service, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am waiving my right to bring any claims for injuries, losses, or damages against the released parties, regardless of whether such claims arise from negligence or any other cause.
I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this document thoroughly and ask any questions regarding its contents. I am signing this waiver freely and without coercion, having fully understood its terms and their legal implications.
Contracting this service is an agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
