I'm 38, LGBTQ+ ally and deeply committed to the art of presence.

I'm opening space to practice and share the art of conscious human connection.

This is an offering of time, attention and grounded conversation, where curiosity matters more than conclusions and listening takes precedence over urgency.

My Approach

I come from a background rooted in care and trauma-informed presence.

I understand that safety is not created through advice, but through attunement. I don't try to fix you or rush your process—and I don't minimize your experience. I listen, I reflect and I stay.

These sessions may move through emotional presence, intellectual exploration, spiritual reflection, or quiet existential inquiry… discussions of meaning, grief, identity, love, philosophy, creativity or simply the exhaustion of carrying everything alone.

There are no scripts, no expectations and no performance required—only respectful, consent-based connection paced by presence rather than pressure.
